    Terms of Service

    Please read these terms carefully before using FixFix Labs services.

    1. Service Description

    FixFix Labs provides device diagnosis, repair, and maintenance services for consumer electronics including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and related accessories. Services are provided on a per-order basis as described during the booking process.

    2. Booking & Estimates

    Repair estimates provided during diagnosis are indicative and based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary after physical inspection. You will receive a formal quote before any chargeable work begins, and repairs only proceed with your approval.

    3. Payment

    • Payment is due upon completion of the repair, before device return.
    • We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods.
    • If you decline the quote after inspection, a diagnostic fee may apply as disclosed at booking.

    4. User Obligations

    • Provide accurate information about your device and the issue during diagnosis.
    • Back up your data before submitting your device for repair.
    • Collect your device within 30 days of repair completion. Uncollected devices may incur storage fees.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    FixFix Labs' total liability for any claim related to a repair shall not exceed the price paid for that repair. We are not liable for data loss, consequential damages, or issues unrelated to the repair performed. See our Data Safety policy for how we handle your data.

    6. Warranty

    All repairs are covered by our 90-day Repair Warranty. Terms and exclusions apply as described on that page.

    7. Cancellations

    You may cancel a booking before your device has been inspected at no charge. Once a quote has been accepted and work has begun, cancellation may be subject to a partial charge for parts ordered or work completed.

    8. Dispute Resolution

    If you're unsatisfied with a repair, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all disputes informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the company's registered location.

    9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
