We diagnose and confirm
The device arrives at our Luton workshop. We confirm the final quote before starting any paid work.

Most repairs are completed within 2–3 working days and returned by tracked shipping.
How to pack your device
- 01
Back up & unlock
Back up your data, turn off Find My iPhone or activation lock, and note your passcode in the booking form (or set a temporary one).
- 02
Remove extras
Take out your SIM and memory card, and remove the case and any accessories — send the device only, unless we ask otherwise.
- 03
Wrap it well
Wrap the device in bubble wrap — the original box is ideal — and place it snugly in a sturdy outer box with padding.
- 04
Label & hand over
Attach the shipping label we email you and hand the parcel to the courier at collection. Track it every step of the way.
