Coverage Period
Every repair completed by FixFix Labs is covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date the device is returned to you. If the same issue recurs within this period, we'll re-repair it at no additional charge.
What's Covered
- Defects in the parts we installed during the original repair
- Workmanship issues directly related to the repair performed
- Repeat occurrence of the exact fault described in your repair order
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, liquid spills, crushing) occurring after the repair
- Issues unrelated to the original repair (e.g., a new software fault after a screen replacement)
- Devices that have been opened or modified by a third party after our repair
- Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs)
- Battery degradation from normal usage patterns
How to Make a Claim
- Visit the Claim Repair page or contact our support team.
- Provide your booking reference and describe the recurring issue.
- We'll arrange device collection or a drop-off appointment at no cost.
- Our technicians will inspect the device and perform the warranty repair.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer. FixFix Labs reserves the right to determine whether an issue falls within warranty scope after inspection. Maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the original repair.
